Terms of Service

These terms form an agreement between you and the people who operate AI Age Filter at ai-age-filter.com ("we", "our", "us"). By using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What you get

You upload one or more photos, choose the options a tool offers, and an AI model produces a new picture. Because a machine makes it, an aged face, a baby face or a combined image is a guess, not a prediction: it may not look much like you or anyone real, and it can contain flaws such as strange details or warped features. Check the result before you use it.

Free pictures

Every visitor can make one picture for free with no sign-up. The allowance is per person, not per browser: we count it by network and device, and switching devices, browsers or VPNs, or running scripts, to get more is not permitted. We may change or suspend the free allowance whenever we need to.

Photos you upload

• Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have said yes to it.
• Never upload photos of anyone under 18.
• No nudity or sexual content, no violence or hate, and nothing that is illegal where you or we are based.

Your photos stay yours. You give us permission to store them, process them and send them to our AI providers only to make the pictures you request, until they are deleted as the Privacy Policy describes.

Pictures you make

We don't claim the pictures you create: use them for personal or commercial purposes, as long as it's lawful. Bear in mind that some countries don't grant copyright to images made entirely by AI, and that another person may get a similar result from a similar request.

Don't use them to impersonate anyone, to make fake ID documents, or to mislead or harass people — for example by passing off an aged or morphed face as a real photo of someone.

What's not allowed

• Breaking the law or anyone else's rights through the site.
• Getting around the free allowance or the rate limits.
• Scraping the site, flooding it with requests, testing it for weaknesses or trying to access data that isn't yours.
• Reselling the service, or building a product on top of it, without our written consent.

Our material

The site's design, wording, logo and example pictures are ours. Please don't copy them without permission.

Changes and loss of access

We may change, pause or shut down any part of the site. If you break these terms, we can block you without warning.

No promises

We offer the site "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee it will always be online, error-free, or that a result will fit what you need.

Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or missed opportunities. For any claim related to the site, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50, whichever is higher. These terms don't take away any rights your local law gives you that can't be waived.

Updates to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. Using the site after an update means you accept the new version.
